英文摘要Two BODIPY-carbazole dye based fluorescent probes BCA and BCAS were designed, synthesized and encapsulated by liposomes to obtain fluorescent nanoparticles BCA-FNP and BCAS-FNP. The fluorescence imaging showed that BCA-FNP was membrane-permeable and capable of localizing lysosomes in living cells.
