英文摘要 | A wet chemical approaches affiliated with the traditional colloids has been introduced to provide the nanometer silver particle with nanostructure for the fabrication of the Ag active SERS substrate. The ultra-simple and facile method has been demonstrated. The Ag silver particle was reduced from AgNO3 in the presence of polyacrylic acid (PAA) and ethanol amine (EA) acting as the surfactant and co-surfactant. The morphology, structures and surface information were studied by many characterization techniques. The wash-clean particle was deposited on the Si wafer to prepare the Ag film without any other specific treatment but self-assembly. The SERS enhancement performance of sensitivity, limit of detection and reproductivity has been investigated. |
