英文摘要 | In this work, a piezoelectret-system based on a combined structure was proposed. The combined structure consisted of two substructures layers: the top layer had a rough surface which was sensitive to normal signals like pressure and tangential signals such as friction; the bottom layer was only sensitive to normal signals which were transferred through the top layer. The proposed piezoelectret system could be applied as a tactile sensor in intelligent artificial-skins for detecting pressure and slip signals. |
