基于信息技术融合的云服务平台在食品安全领域的应用研究进展

英文摘要With in-depth development of the technologies of cloud service platform,they have been increasingly applied in the field of food safety regulation. This paper first introduced the technology basis of cloud services platform to implement application in the field of food safety,a more comprehensive summarization and analysis of the application and research status of that platform in food industry during recent years were given,such as monitoring for food production and manufacturing, regulation for circulation,tracking and traceability as well as big database construction,etc.The existing deficiencies and a good route of optimize were also discussed.Furthermore,the application prospects of cloud services platform on food safety were put forward.
