| 英文摘要 | Nineteen I compounds were isolated from the,ethanol extract of the roots of Biondia hemsleyana (Warb.) Tsiang through. the repeated column chromatography on normal and reversed phase silica gel. By the spectroscopic and chemical evidence, their structures were elucidated as alpha-amyrin-3beta-acetate (1), lupeol 3-hydroxyoctadencanoate (2), lupeol 3, 5-dihydroxyeicosanoate (3), cycloeucalenol (4), 4-methoxy salicylic aldehyde(5), 4-methoxy salicylic acid(6), isovanillin(7), scopoletin(8), isovanillic acid(9), cleomiscosin A (10), 2-hydroxmethyl-5-methoxylphenyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (11), pregn-4-ene-3, 20-dione (12), neridienone (13), daucosterol(14), pregn-5-ene-3beta, 17alpha, 20alpha-triol-20-O-beta-D-canaropyranoside (15), periplogenin-3-O-beta-D-gluco pyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-cymaropyranoside (16), pregn-5-ene-3beta, 20 (S)-diol-3-O-[2-O-acetyl-beta-D-digitalopyranosyl (1-->4)-beta-D-cymaropyranosyl]-20-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta- D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-digitalo pyranoside(17), pregn-5-ene-3beta, 20(S)-diol-20-O-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside(18 , biondianoside C) and pregn-5-ene-3beta, 20(S)-diol-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-20-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6 )-beta-D-glucopyranoside (19, biondianoside D) respectively. All compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time and 3, 11, 18 and 19 were new compounds among them. |
