英文摘要A novel type of chiral molecular clefts consisting of a rigid deoxycholic acid methyl ester backbone and chiral unsymmetrically disubstituted urea side chain have been designed and synthesized. All these new receptors 3asimilar toc and the corresponding key intermediates la-c and 2asimilar toc are new compounds, their structures were confirmed by (HNMR)-H-1, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. These molecular clefts showed binding ability for halide anions.
