英文摘要3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-2-(1H)-one were prepared by Biginelli condensation of aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compound and urea under solvent-free condition at 80 degrees C with magnesium chloride hexahydrate as catalyst.
