| 英文摘要 | Four new pregnane glycosides, tenacigenosides A-D (1-4), along with six known pregnane aglycones and five known pregnane glycosides, were isolated from the stems of Marsdenia tenacissima (ROXB.) WIGHT et ARN. (Asclepiadaceae). The chemical structures of the new compounds were established by 1D- and 2D-NMR as well as HR-MS analyses. The absolute configuration of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. |
