英文摘要Several water-suppression approaches have been performed in NMR localized spectroscopy. The spatial volume of interest was localized by STEAM pulse sequence. Experimental results show that the DRYSTEAM method combined with STEAM sequence has obtained the best effect of water suppression with the factor greater than 35 000. This is also one of the best experimental results in water-suppression localized spectroscopy. The double phase-shift presaturation approach based on STEAM pulse sequence has been brought forward to suppress water. This is a simpler method than DRYSTEAM and it can obtain a factor greater than 7 500.
