英文摘要the paper proposes the identification method of linear and non-linear chromatographic system. the non-linear isotherms and lumped mass transfer coefficients of chromatography separating sorbitol and mannitol are determined. and the theoretical elution curves calculated by non-linear chromatographic model are more accurate than those calculated by linear chromatographic model.
