英文摘要Significant damage of underground tunnel in some earthquakes has revived the necessary of more scientifically seismic resistance design for substructure. This paper aims at the anti-seismic capability of foam concrete in underground tunnel. For this purpose, seismic isolation feasibility and mechanical performance of foam concrete in underground tunnel are discussed from two aspects, i.e., fundamental theory of wave transmission and numerical analysis of tunnel lining's seismic response with foam concrete layer or not. Fundamental of wave transmission equation opens out the anti-seismic possibility of foam concrete. One step further, numerically simulated results expose that isolation layer of foam concrete can weaken mechanical response of tunnel lining, including acceleration, displacement and stress, which indicates that foam concrete layer can prevent the lining from seismic failure to a certain degree. To minimize damage of tunnel in earthquake, optimization scheme of foam concrete's damping property, such as bulk module, shears module, cohesive strength and friction angle, is addressed also. This work hopes that it can enhance anti-seismic design of tunnel and provide usable underground traffic lifeline for relief work after earthquake.
