Methane Control: Methane Migration Law and Drainage Practice in Gob of Longwall Face

| 英文摘要 | Methane drainage in the gob is very important measures to methane control of coal mine and the comprehensive utilization for service to industrial production and people's lives. Based on the roof collapse law of the gob, analysis of the methane migration rule and flow equation in the gob, obtained changed the methane concentration and isoconcentration field law of the gob depths. The highly collection tunnel should be arrange in relatively stable rock seam at the location of developed cracks in the middle and lower of the fracture zone, and the rock hardness is little to facilitate the construction of the location. The parameters of high location drilling field are determined including inclination of borehole, sealed borehole length, drilling field distance and effective drainage time. The methane concentration judgment method of borehole failure is defined. Case analysis shows that methane drainage in the gob can reduce amount of methane emission from 60% to 70%, can effectively solve the gas concentration gauge, improves mine safety, reduce ventilation costs. In addition, the highly collection tunnel is obviously better than the high location drilling field at amout of methane drainage |
