英文摘要 | This study focuses on the study of the correlations between characteristics of the superimposed signals and millisecond delay interval and the variations of detonating sequence and properties of the seed-signals in millisecond blasting. For this purpose, MATLAB programming was used to analyze the time-frequency characteristics of the various superimposed single-deck seed-signals under different millisecond delay intervals. ARR (Amplitude Reduction Ratio) and VVR (Vibration Velocity Ratio) have been adopted to analyze these correlations. The result shows that the time difference of the superimposed signal, reaching to a certain amplitude reduction ratio, is not a specific time point but many intermittent time sections. Meanwhile, the dominant frequency varies in a stepped saw tooth pattern within different millisecond delay intervals. Within a rational millisecond delay interval, the more similar the vibration characteristics of the two seed-signals are, the more evident the waveforms interference effect in vibration reduction is. For a given charge weight of explosive, the best optimal effectiveness for vibration reduction is got when the detonating of the segment with the small charge weight of explosive is conducted first. After gathering information from MATLAB programming, a blasting experimental study was carried out to test and verify the results. The measured data reflects that the research results agree well with the practical operating process of millisecond blasting. |
