英文摘要 | In order to predict the long term performance of creep property of surrounding rock in high-level radioactive waste repository, time extrapolation method employing time-temperature equivalent(TTE) principle is applied, and its validity is tested. Uniaxial compression creep test of granite samples taken from Three-Gorge Dam are performed at six different temperatures to obtain the creep curves. The individual curves are shifted vertically along the time axis to eliminate the temperature influence on instantaneous elastic. The modified individual creep curves are shifted horizontally along the logarithmic time axis to generate the master curve. The resulting master curve is compared to an actual creep test curve(347d). The results indicate that granite is a thermorheologically simple material, and a single horizontal shift is adequate to predict the long term performance of creep property of granite. Based on the free volume theory, a modified WLF equation is presented to describe the horizontal shift factor. |
