A Quasi-Static Method for Predicting Vehicle-Road Coupling Vibration Generated by Pavement Unevenness

| 英文摘要 | In this paper, a quasi-static method is developed for predicting vehicle-road coupling vibration generated by pavement unevenness. A vehicle-road coupling model, consisting of vehicles and multilayered road structures is proposed for the study of vehicle-induced ground vibration. The additional dynamic load is considered by introducing a Hertizian contact spring between the wheel and the uneven pavement. The vehicles and layered road structures are coupled by the displacement compatibility at wheel-pavement contact point. The dynamic stiffness matrix method is developed to deal with the multilayered road structures and the Fast Fourier Transform algorithm is employed to derive the numerical results. Furthermore, the static and dynamic responses of the road embankment are studied and a quasi-static method for evaluating the dynamic responses is proposed. It is shown that the results from predict formulas show very good agreement with those of the numerical analysis, which indicates that the suggested quasi-static method is useful in predicting the stresses and displacements of a multilayered road structures considering vehicle-road coupled vibration. |
