英文摘要 | If a disposal repository for high-level radioactive waste is built in a fractured rock mass, the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical phenomena would occur in near field of the emplacement drifts, so the displacements, stresses and underwater flow in rock blocks and joints within the immediate vicinity of the drifts would be influenced obviously by the coupled T-H-M effects. For this using discontinuum modeling approaches to study is a better selection. This paper presents the basic theoretical background, control equations and computation principle for solving T-H-M coupling problem in UDEC Version 4.0 of 2D distinct element method. A numerical simulation for the coupled T-H-M processes in near field of a conceptual disposal repository for nuclear waste was carried out by UDEC assuming the repository be located in a rock mass in which two sets of joint and underground water exert. The investigation was made for the distributions of displacements, principal stresses, plastic zones, joint shear slip, temperatures, water pressures, water flow rates and temperature changes with time in the surrounding rock mass of the drift. |
