英文摘要Epimedium is taxonomically complicated in terms of identification and availability of limited phenotypical markers. Therefore in the present study, 36 SSR primers markers were used for 44 individuals belonging to 13 medicinal species of the Epimedium genus and one out group species Vancouveria hexandra W. J. Hooker to resolve their existing taxonomic problems. A total of 164 alleles by genomic SSR were detected. The markers were presented between 2-10 alleles per locus. Jacard index cluster analysis revealed two main and four subclusters. Principle component analysis indicated that genetic variability is analogous to geographical variability. It has been concluded that medicinally important species of the genus Epimedium possesses sufficient genetic variation for effective resolution of the existing taxonomic problems in combination of morphological markers..
