英文摘要Dacrydium pectinatum de Laub. (Podocarpaceae) is the sole species of Dacrydium in China. Excessive logging for more than 30 years has resulted in its vulnerable status in China. Fifteen microsatellites were developed for D. pectinatum, 12 of which displayed polymorphisms. The number of alleles ranged from one to seven, the expected and observed heterozygosities varied from 0.000 to 0.819 and from 0.000 to 1.000, respectively. Significant linkage disequilibrium and deviations from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium were found. These microsatellite markers give a comprehensive understanding of the forces driving population evolution and local adaptation of D. pectinatum, which may also contribute to its management and conservation.
