大功率平面发热膜的实验和理论研究

中文摘要 | A new kind of electrical conductive film was studied and made in this paper. By the fundamental theory of film technique and a lot of experimental studies, the suitable base material and source material for large power heating electrical conductive film was obtained. The experimental method, which needs simple equipment, costs little, has short period of film formation and can form on a large area, has been proposed on the premise that the film has good properties. The film electrical conduction mechanism and various parameters affecting the film electrical characteristics have also been studied. The best technical conditions were concluded electrical heating film made under these conditions has good V-A characteristics and thermal stability. Moreover, comparative experiments on thermal efficiency was conducted, using electrical conductive heating film and resistance wire as heating component respectively. Heat transfer analysis on two cases above have been performed by numerical simulation. And theorical calculation was done by a computer program in QUICK-BASIC language. Both experimental and numerical results indicate that using electrical heating film as heater has much higher efficiency than using resistance wire, and has excellent effect of saving energy. |
