中文摘要 | Green sulfur bacteria are the species of the photosynthetic bacteria that carry out an anaer photosynthesis in which oxidated sulfide serves as electron donors and carbon dioxide is photoassimilated, and they play an important role in the biosphere sulfur cycle and the environmental self-purification. We accumulate, isolate and characterize a green bacterium from the acid settler wastewater of the piggery effluent treatment by anaerobic fermentation. It is a Gram- negative rod which has single polar flagellum, and can grow in the illuminated anaerobic sulfide- containing culture. It is, therefore, preliminarily identified to belong to the family Chlorobiaceae, the genus Chloropseudomonas. The strasin is named Chloropseudomonas sp. G102. On the studies of its physiological biochemical characteristic, we measure the strain's capacity of sulfide transformation and its transformation rate in 46 hour is 99.44%. In the same condition, the simulation test in laboratory indicated that the immobilized-cell of strain G102 can transformate 87.15% sulfide in 46 hours. The culture result of liquid circulating flow in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) column showed that the sulfide transformation rate is 93.92% in 70 hours. The experiments indicated that with the same other condition (temperature, pH, and substrate concentration), the light intensity and the contact level of cells and sulfide are two key factors contorlling the sulfide transformation rate. This provide experimental basis for its actual application in sulfide - containing wastewater treatment. |
