| 中文摘要 | 应用5种储前处理方法:阳光下曝晒、普通紫外线照射、20g/L漂白粉溶液浸泡、20g/L石灰水溶液浸泡、50～60℃热水浸泡,探索水冬瓜种子常温储藏技术。结果表明,以普通紫外线照射30min,储藏30d,霉变率为11.21%最低。针对水冬瓜种子采后主要病原菌、真菌,用抑菌圈法选择抑霉唑为水冬瓜种子储藏保鲜的抑菌剂,其浓度为1g/L。 |
| 英文摘要 | Five methods were used to investigate the preservative techniques of the seeds of Shuidonggua (Idesia polycarpa var. vestita), i. e., insolating under sunshine, radiating by ultraviolet light, marinating with the solutions of bleaching powder (20 g/L) or limewater (20 g/L), or hot water (50～60℃). The results showed that the mildewing rate of the seeds was the lowest when the seeds were radiated by ultraviolet light for half a hour and preserved as long as 30 d.
