中文摘要Flow boiling instabilities and pressure drop characteristics in a single microchannel with low aspect ratio were studied, taking account of the effects of inlet temperature,mass flux,heat flux , inclined angle using methanol as the working fluid. Two type instabilities were found over wide parameter ranges:flow excursion static instability and pressure-drop type oscillation. Due to the large ratio of the channel length to the hydraulic diameter and the upstream compressible volume,the pressure drop type oscillation occurs in the negative gradient region of the demand curve of pressure drops versus mass fluxes. The influences of the inlet temperature,inclined angle,mass flux and heat flux on the flow instability were analyzed. It is demonstrated that whether the pressure-drop type oscillation occurs or not depends on the inlet temperature,mass flux and heat flux. The range in which the pressure-drop type oscillation occurs is presented with the outlet mass quality as the control parameter. In addition , pressure drops of flow boiling in a single microchannel having low aspect ratio were studied . The present experimental data were compared with the predictions of the homogeneous flow model and separated flow model respectively. The comparisons with six correlations indicate that all the existing correlations failed to predict the two-phase flow pressure drop in the microchannel of this study . A new correlation to predict the two-phase flow pressure drop in microchannels was developed .It include the effect of the hydraulic diameter and the effect of mass flux on the two-phase flow pressure drop in microchannels .The new correlation developed in this study predicted the experimental data within a mean absolute error of 16.9%,which is more precision than the result from the six correlations used before.
