中文摘要China has vast sea area, in which there are lots of islands. Electric power supply becomes a serious problem which has affected economy development and resident’s life because of islands’ isolated environment. As is well known, there is plenty of renewable energy in the islands, however, single renewable energy can’t supply actual power requirement due to renewable energy’s discontinuity, instability, seasonal change and so on. Using hybrid energy system is a significant technique to solve islands’ power supply. This paper introduces a novel design idea of Wave/Wind/Photovoltaic hybrid isolated generating system. The mathematic simulation model of Wave/Wind/Photovoltaic hybrid isolated generation system is built for analyzing hybrid system, which consists of a wind generating simulation model, a PV simulation model, a pressure-maintaining storage generating simulation model based on wave energy and some control system models such as pressure-maintaining storage generating control system, MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) control system, frequency control of isolated network, output control of inverter of PV system and so on. A simulation model of Wave/Wind/Photovoltaic hybrid isolated generation system is constructed in MATLAB/SIMULINK. Based on the simulation model, a simulated experiment is done. The simulation results indicate that the pressure-maintaining storage generating system based on wave energy can convert the unsteady energy input into the steady electric energy output; the wind generating simulation model can simulate actual wind generating system; the PV simulation model can simulate characteristics of actual photovoltaic power system, and MPPT control system can track MPP exactly,quickly,steadily and avoid power loss for constant disturbance around maximum power point and reduce the system complexity; in the condition of input of wave energy and wind energy and input of wave energy, wind energy and solar energy, Wave/Wind/Photovoltaic hybrid isolated generating system can utilize wave energy, wind energy and solar energy efficiently, and both voltage and frequency of the isolated network are stable.
