基于模拟技术的南方建筑节能集成系统研究

| 中文摘要 | Two experiments of the computer simulation and the locale measuring were presented in this paper based on the proposition of “Southern Building Energy Efficiency” and a process which is from the theoretical study to the practical application and individual simulation verification was carried out. A computer simulation experiment based on three models which had different window-wall ratio was introduced, then some important structure parts and measures in point on building efficiency were concluded as three different buildings needed as well as some pyrology parameter ranges to energy-saving technologies. A group of test experiments to three important structure parts on building efficiency of an energy-saving building which has been built based on the above conclusion, including walls, windows and GSHP(Ground Source Heat Pump),were carried out. The results showed that the pyrology parameters of three parts meet the initial design. At last, a series of the individual computer simulation verifications and designs on the practical villa building efficiency were obtained which included a whole building annual energy consumption simulation, a summer design day hourly energy consumption simulation and indoor illumination and ventilation simulation. The results of all of these simulations which took into account adequately clime and purpose of this villa building showed that the whole building energy-saving ratio is 65％ and its performance under the Southern typical climate is good. The energy-saving measurements and building efficiency design and verification process makes theoretic and practice foundation for popularization of Southern building efficiency. |
