多孔氧化物薄膜的制备和表征

中文摘要 | Nano-porous structure can enhance the performances of TiO2 thin film and tungsten oxide thin film. As a result a lot of research attentions have been paid to the preparation of porous TiO2 thin film and porous tungsten oxide thin film. In this paper, a PEG-F127 multi-templates system was used in the preparation of porous TiO2 thin film through sol-gel processing, and TiO2 microspheres were obtained on the surface of the porous TiO2 film. The microspheres-porous TiO2 thin film was characterized with TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, UV-Vis. The results show that a rapid heating up calcination is more conducive to maintain the porous structure. The number of microspheres increased as the dosage of PEG increased, and as the number of microspheres increased, the transmittance spectrum of the film in the visible region decreased. Another part of our work was to develop a two-steps preparation method of porous tungsten oxide film. W-Al alloy thin film was deposited on a glass substrate by magnetron co-sputtering. Porous tungsten oxide thin film was obtained after the alloy film was immersed in NaOH solution. The porous tungsten oxide film was analyzed by SEM, XPS and UV-Vis-NIR. The results show that the averaged pore size of porous tungsten oxide film is about 100nm.The W component of the porous film exists in W5+ valence state. The transmittance spectrum of the porous tungsten oxide film shows a flat line in the near infrared region. |
