英文摘要 | Li2casio4:eu2+ phosphors were prepared using a high temperature solid-state reaction technique. the vuv-vis photoluminescence and low-voltage cathodoluminescence were investigated. the optimal phosphor li2ca0.991eu0.009sio4 (lcs-eu) shows intensive cyan-emitting with color coordinates around (0.119, 0.203) under low voltage cathode ray excitation. therefore, the color gamut of feds is expected to be enlarged by combining this phosphor with rgb tricolor phosphors.
