Structure and implication of morphotropic phase boundary for pb(mg1/3nb2/3)o-3-pbtio3 ferroelectric ceramics

| 英文摘要 | The structure of pb(mg1/3nb2/3)o-3-pbtio3 ferroelectric ceramics in the vicinity of its morphotropic phase boundary (mpb) was studied by using both high-resolution and synchrotron x-ray diffraction experiments. fitting of the (200) and (111) diffraction lines for (1-x)pb(mg1/3nb2/3)o-3-xpbtio(3) (x = 0.31, 0.32) ceramics reveal that there are two phases, tetragonal and pseudo-cubic phases, coexisted in the sample, and the composition of the constitutive phases changes with pt content. the implication of the mpb was discussed. |
