| 英文摘要 | We develop a visual immunosensor for the one-step detection of salmonella enterica by using gold nanoparticle triggered enzyme signal amplification and magnetic separation. this immunosensor shows an enhanced sensitivity compared with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, without the involvement of any equipment, thus providing a promising platform for rapid and sensitive detection of pathogens. |
