英文摘要 | Beam deflection induced by exb near a linear filament cathode in a two grid electron gun is presented theoretically and experimentally. the experimental results are consistent with the calculation based on the theoretical equations. the influences upon performance and design of electron gun with linear filament cathode, which is used broadly in electrocurtain accelerators, are discussed in detail. |
