中文摘要 | a parallel flow model of isothermal one-dimension pseudo-homogeneous membrane reactor for methanol synthesis from co2 in silicone rubber/ceramic composite membrane reactor was developed. runge-kutta method was adopted to simulate the process behavior in the membrane reactor. such parameters which affect the reaction behaviors in membrane reactor, as operation parameter, damköhler number da, pressure ratio pr, reaction temperature t, membrane separation factor , membrane permeation parameter φ, as well as l1 the non-uniform parameter of membrane permeation, were discussed in detail. part of theoretical results is tested and verified, and the effects of process parameters on reaction behavior are also discussed. experimental results show that the conversion of the main reaction increases by 22% against traditional fixed bed reaction, and l1,opt, the optimal non-uniform parameter of membrane permeation rate does exist. |
