中文摘要hydrogen production by platymonas subcordiformis, the effects of kinetics parameters of algal cultures growninco2-supplemented air bubble column bioreactor was investigated on h2 photoproduction regulated by carbonylcyanide m-chlorophenylhrazone (guo et al., 2008;guan et al., 2004a,b; ran et al., 2006). to achieve the optimal hydrogen production, the 7-day old cells grown in 3% co2-supplemented air bubble column bioreactor were concentrated to a final cell density of 8.0×106 cells ml−1 in the spentmedium. the sealed cultures were subjected to the dark anaerobic induction for 4 h. at the start of illumination for hydrogen production, the ph was readjusted to 7.5 and 15 m cccp was added into the cultures to initiate the hydrogen photoproduction. as a result, hydrogen production has been significantly improved.
