中文摘要transient bcc and fcc phases with low pd content appear during alloying of separate pd and cu layers at 723 and 773 k, which signal compositional segregation in the initial stages of the eventually formed fcc pd63cu37 alloy. segregation is also observed during cycling of a bcc pd48cu52 membrane through the fcc/bcc miscibility gap between 723 and 873 k. both phenomena could be a source of persistent stoichiometric heterogeneity especially in bcc pdcu membranes, which considerably reduces their h2 permeability.
