中文摘要the development of novel analytical techniques and methods is very important for proteome analysis. capillary zone electrophoresis (cze), with the advantages of high efficiency, high speed, low consumption of samples and solvents, is quite popular for biomolecules separation. however, to avoid the non-specific absorption of proteins on the inner wall of capillaries, various methods have been proposed. recently, ionic liquids were used as dynamic coating and running buffer in cze, by which the non-specific adsorption of samples were effectively suppressed, and the separation was improved. however, the low buffer ability and poor stability of ionic liquids make them not suitable to be used as the only component of cze buffer. in our recent work, ionic liquids were used as additives in boric buffer, and applied for protein separation by cze with dynamic coating of imidazolium cations. by such a method, a mixture of cytochrome c, myoglobin, carbonic anhydrase were separated with good resolution and high efficiency. furthermore, compared to the separation with only ionic liquids as buffer, not only good reproducibility was obtained, but also proteins could be enriched by sample stacking effect.
