Landscape Characteristic and Its Socio-economic Drivers Based on RS/GIS in Cheng-Yu Economic Zone, China

| 英文摘要 | This paper used RS and GIS techniques analyzed the landscape structure and changes in Cheng-Yu Economic Zone during its rapid urbanization and discussed the primary driving factors by means of canonical correlation method. And comes to these conclusions: (1) Considering the human disturbance and landscape anti-disturbance in landscape classification, statistical analysis showed that farmland was the matrix, which was separated a little by the orchard and construction land; (2) Compared to the transferred and unchanged part, the main changes in the region were the increase of construction land and decrease of the farm land in recent 5 years. What's more, farm land mainly transferred to other landscapes, while construction land, scrub forest and orchard land were mainly transferred from other; (3) The Canonical correlation analysis indicated the obvious correlativity between socioeconomic factors with construction landscape and farmland. Among them, the density of non-agriculture out put value, traffic and population were the primary factors influencing construction landscape, while landscape were mainly related with unit production value and non-agriculture production value.
