中文摘要as an important approach, extraction method is usually adopted in separating bioactive ingredients from chinese medicine. however, volatile traditional organic solvents are commonly used in the extraction process, which would lead to environment pollution and solvents loss. at the same time, it is very time consuming. thus it is urgent to develop new methods for natural product extraction. in this study, a microwave-assisted extraction (mae) method was developed to extract senkyunolide i, senkyunolide h and z-ligustilide from ligusticum chuanxiong hort.. two protic ionic liquids, n,n-dimethyl(cyanoethyl)ammonium propionate (deceap) and n,n-dimethyl-n-(2-hydroxyethoxyethyl) ammonium propionate (deheeap), were employed as extractants. factors such as system temperature, extraction time, solid-to-solvent ratio and particle size were studied. the yield of the three target ingredients was compared between mae and solvent reflux extraction (sre). the result shows that system temperature is the key factor of extraction process for both ionic liquids. extraction comes to equilibrium within 1 minute and 5 minutes for deceap and deheeap, respectively. solid-to-solvent ratio and particle size do not give obvious contribution to the extraction efficiency.
