英文摘要 | With the development of science and technology and the intensification of organizational change, employees are moving frequently between organizations. Currently, to strengthen employees' career adaptability consciously will be helpful to their occupational success; therefore, it becomes a new trend for organizational human resources development and management. Based on the theory of career construction and resource conservation, this study establishes the theoretical model of the influence of career adaptability on occupational success, and uses questionnaire survey method to analyze 315 employees from enterprises and institutions. The results show that career adaptability has significant positive impact on job involvement and occupational success; job involvement plays a mediating role between career adaptability and occupational success; organizational career management plays a regulatory role in job involvement and occupational success. The research findings enrich and expand the theory of occupational success, which also provide valuable theoretical support for the employees' career management practice. © 2017 IEEE. |
