英文摘要 | Immunochemical techniques exhibit great advantages of high efficiency, rapidness, reliability and low cost compared to instrumental methods for monitoring emerging organic contaminants (EOCs) in aquatic environments. This review covers recent advances in applying traditional and other antibody-like binders against these organic pollutants, and various antibody-based immunochemical methods such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay and immunosensors. Moreover, we also discuss the advantages and disadvantages of techniques for antibody production and analytical methods, and covers promising future prospects. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V.
