英文摘要 | The synthesis of beta-mannoside and beta-mannosamine poses one of the greatest challenges to the carbohydrate chemists, because the mechanism of forming mannoside or mannosamine, either neighboring group participation method or non-neighboring group participation method, leads predominately to the alpha-anomer. Synthetic methods of beta-mannoside and beta-mannosamine are reviewed in this paper. The superiorities and applications of these methods in constructing beta-glycoside bond are discussed in detail. |
