NiCo2O4 nanoframes with a nanosheet surface as efficient electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction

英文摘要 | NiCo2O4 nanoframes with nanosheet surface are fabricated using Cu2O nanofames as template. The size of NiCo2O4 nanoframe is about 450 nm and the thickness of surface nanosheet is about 10 nm. Compared with Co3O4 and NiO nanoframes, NiCo2O4 nanoframes as electrocatalysts demonstrate greatly higher catalytic activity and stability for oxygen evolution reaction (OER). The superior electrocatalytic performance of NiCo2O4 nanoframes might be attributed to large surface area and synergistic effect of Ni and Co. |
