英文摘要For the needs of constant force maintenance and control in the scene of grinding, polishing and other scenes in industrial automation, we designed a pneumatic proportional force control system based on cylinder output. The design and selection of the hardware part includes the selection of cylinders, pressure sensors, proportional valves, solenoid valve and data acquisition card. At the same time, through the design of software and PID control algorithm, the overall performance of the system is improved. Finally, through the experimental analysis, the system can reach the effect of constant force output. The accurateness of the output force in the range of 0-100N is ±0.5N, and the response time in 3s, meeting the design goals, and provides ideas for the constant force control technology in the automation field
