英文摘要 | With the development of the aerospace industry, the demand for spaceborne antennas is increasing, and the surface shape accuracy of the cable network system directly determines the performance of the antenna. This paper proposes an accuracy adjustment method of the antenna network surface by adjusting the vertical tensioning cables. The method takes a three-dimensional grid cable network antenna as the research object and takes the dodecagonal ring truss-type deployable antenna as a case for analysis. In the case of known geometric parameters of the cable network, it can improve the accuracy of cable net reflective surface only by adjusting the length of the vertical cable and tension. The article briefly introduced the basic principles of cable network accuracy adjustment and established an optimized mathematical model for precision adjustment. At the same time, two algorithms based on node displacement adjustment are proposed for the model. Through these two algorithms, the optimal adjustment value of vertical cable length can be obtained. Finally, a numerical simulation of the model and algorithm is performed to verify the feasibility of the adjustment method and the algorithm, and the two algorithms are compared. |
