英文摘要 | We demonstrated an integrated spectrometer with curved grating design in microfluidic systems. Recently, integration of micro-spectrometer lab-on-a-chip (LOC) systems has attracted extensive interests. Nanometer-grating is a key component of the micro-spectrometer, and its fabrication was limited by the high cost and low resolution of existing technologies. Here, we developed a simple, high resolution and low-cost nanoimprint technology to fabricate a nanograting on the curved surface of micro-lens. Through rapid and high resolution replication by UV nanoimprint, the micro-lens with nanograting was manufactured as the diffraction element of the micro-spectrometer. The micro-spectrometer was characterized, and we were able to distinguish dual colorful QDs fluorescence and excitation light. |
