英文摘要 | We report the successful preparation of nominally 'undoped' superconducting t'-la1.8sm0.2cuo4 films with c-axis orientation; their critical temperature (t-c(onset)) is above 20 k. the temperature-dependent upper critical field h-c2(t) is obtained by resistivity measurement under magnetic fields. the corresponding tunnel junction composed of a bicrystal grain boundary exhibits an s-wave-like tunneling spectrum with the absence of the zero-bias conductance peak. all these results show that the nominally 'undoped' t'-la1.8sm0.2cuo4 resembles the known optimal electron-doped cuprate superconductors with ce doping. |
