英文摘要Lifetime of the 3/2(-) first excited state in s-37 populated by the beta(-) decay of p-37 has been measured using beta-gamma.delayed coincidence technique. the b(e2; 7/2(-) -> 3/2(-)) value in s-37 deduced from the lifetime comes close to the b(e2; 0(+) -> 2(1)(+)) value in weakly deformed s-38 but deviates significantly from that in spherical s-36. this manifests that s-37 is a weakly deformed rather than spherical nucleus.
