| 英文摘要 | A screen-printed disposable enzyme electrode system for the simultaneous determination of sucrose and glucose was developed using mediated enzyme reaction and screen-printing technology. the system consisted of two carbon working electrodes (electrode i and ii) and a ag/agcl reference electrode. chronoamperometry was performed on quiescent solutions for the measurement steps se a constant potential of +0.4 v (vs. ag/agcl). the enzyme composition was optimized. the linear response ranges were up to 10 mmol/l sucrose and 15 mmol/l glucose. the sensor was applied to assay real samples. the results are in good agreement with those obtained by the reference method. |
