英文摘要 | Poly(pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid) modified glassy carbon electrode was fabricated through electropolymerization. the electrochemical behavior of norepinephrine (ne) on the modified electrode was investigated. results show that in 0.1 mol/l, pbs buffer solutions (ph 7.4) the polymer exert an apparent catalytic effect on the ne oxidation and the interference of aa on ne determination was eliminated. the oxidation current of ne is linear with its concentration in the range of 2.0 x 10(-6) similar to 5.0 x 10(-5) mol/l. the detection limit is 7.2 x 10(-8) mol/l. the modified electrode was applied to the injection sample analysis, the result is in good agreement with the stated value. |
