英文摘要In an effort to generate novel anti-osteoporosis agents, new bisphosphonates with various benzoyl groups on side chains have been synthesized and evaluated for activities on both bone resorption and bone formation in vitro. several candidates showed distinct dual activities: promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone resorption.
