英文摘要Laalo3 and ce:laalo3 single crystals were grown by the czochralski technique. infrared absorption spectrum, ultraviolet absorption spectra, and fluorescence spectra were measured at room temperature. according to the absorption spectra, the energy levels structure of ce3+ in laalo3 single crystals was confirmed. the fluorescence spectra of ce:laalo3 were explained using this structure.
