英文摘要 | The separation and resolution of d,l-malic acid, d,l-mandelic acid, d,l-p-bromomandelic acid by chiral ligand-exchange capillary electrophoresis were carried out with l-proline as the ligand and copper (ii) as the central ion. the optimum experimental conditions were 10 mmol/l of phosphate buffer (ph 4.5), the 2:1 concentration ratio of l-proline and 50 mmol/l cu (ac)(2) with an effective voltage of 6 20 kv at 25 degrees c. the influence of buffer ph, concentration of the chiral additive and temperature on the selectivity was investigated. |
