Rare-earth-doped oxyhalide tellurite glass for three-dimensional volumetric display

英文摘要 | A new er3+/tm3+/yb3+-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glass was prepared in this paper, thermal stability, raman spectrum and up-conversion luminescence of er3+/tm3+/yb3+-codoped oxyhalide tellurite glass were studied. the results show that the oxyhalide tellurite glass has a good thermal stability and a low phonon energy. the intense blue (476 mn), green (530 and 545 nm) and red (656 nm) emissions were simultaneously observed at the room temperature under 980 nm ld excitation. the up-conversion blue (476 nm) luminescence is due to the (1)g(4)->h-3(6) transition of tm3+, the up-conversion green (530 and 545 nm) and the red (656 nm) luminescence are due to the h-2(11/2)->i-4(15/2), s-4(3/2)->i-4(15/2), and f-4(9/2)->i-4(15/2) transitions of er3+, respectively. the results indicate that the oxyhalide tellurite glass is potential materials for realization of three-dimensional volumetric display. |
